Purple and Green Tombo Bead Necklace, Millefiori Jewelry

This unique handmade necklace features rare vintage glass beads. The purple millefiori beads were handcrafted in Japan. They date to the 1960s – 1970s and are also known as tombo dama. The vibrant beads have multicolor abstract floral patterns. Due to their handcrafted nature, each bead varies slightly in size and pattern. Nestled in between the transparent purple beads are opaque green Czech pressed glass daisy spacer beads, dating from the 1930s-1940s.

The necklace has a silver-plated pewter hook & eye clasp and is 18 3/4 inches long.
