Vintage Sterling Silver Puffy Heart Charm, U.S. Navy

This vintage sterling silver puffy heart charm has a raised emblem with the U.S. Navy fouled anchor and the initials “U.S.N.” It is signed “STERLING” on the back edge.

The charm is 5/8 inches long. It is in good condition with wear near the bottom of the anchor.
