Vintage Sterling Silver Puffy Heart Charm With Stone

This is a small vintage sterling silver puffy heart charm. The heart has a repoussé design of curlicues around the edges with a milky white stone in the center. It is inscribed on the back with the name “Millie” with decorative lines above and below. The charm is not marked sterling but has tested positive for silver.

The charm is 1/2 inch in length. It is in good condition with some spots on the left side of the stone and some wear on the back.
