This vintage puffy heart charm is made of sterling silver. The heart shows two clasped hands above a heart with decorative edging. It is inscribed with the name “Fern” with lines above and below, and signed “STERLING” on the back.
The charm is 3/4 inch in length. It is in excellent condition with light wear and patina.
