This vintage puffy heart charm is made from sterling silver. Its design features three flowers surrounded by leaves and a beaded border. On the back, the charm is engraved with the initials “P.B.” with decorative lines above and below the letters and marked “STERLING.”
The charm is 5/8 inch long. It is in very good condition with slight wear.
