This is a vintage silver wheelbarrow charm. It has a moveable wheel in the front and two legs in the back. It probably dates to the 1940s. The charm is not marked sterling but tests positive for silver.
The charm is 3/4 inch in length. It is in good condition with wear visible to the tray.
