Small Silver Heart Charm, Vintage Jewelry

This is a small silver heart charm. The vintage puffy heart has initials engraved on the front. The engraving is barely visible. The tiny charm is signed “STERLING” on the back.

The charm is 3/8 inch long. It is in good condition with some wear.
