Vintage Puffy Heart Charm, Sterling Silver, Calla Lily Repoussé Design

This vintage puffy heart charm is sterling silver with a calla lily repoussé design. The heart has a decorative swirl border. It is signed “STERLING” and engraved with the initials “A. H.”

The charm is 5/8 inches long. It is in good condition. It looks like a patch of blue enamel is on the left hand side. There is wear along the right side of the flower and some wear to the back.
