This is a vintage sterling silver puffy heart charm. A forget-me-not flower surrounded by leaves decorates the middle of the heart. The charm has a pretty scalloped border around the flower. It is signed “STERLING.”
The charm is 5/8 inches long. It is in excellent condition with some patina and wear due to age.
