Vintage Silver Charm, Hand Holding Ball

This is a vintage sterling silver charm of a hand. The hand has ruffles at the wrist and holds a small ball. The charm has details on both sides. It is marked “STER” on one side.

The charm is 1/2 inch long. It is in excellent condition with light wear.
