Vintage Sterling Silver Heart Charm with Stones

This is a vintage sterling silver heart charm with three stones and a beaded border. The flat heart has an engraved floral design and is set with three glass or semi-precious stones (I’m unsure which) in white and blue. It is marked “STERLING” on the back and engraved with a name that might spell “Pa”. This charm dates to the Victorian era.

The charm is 5/8 inch in length. It is in excellent condition.
