Vintage Sterling Silver Puffy Heart Charm, Holding Hands

This vintage sterling silver puffy heart charm has a repoussé design of holding hands framed by curlicues. It is signed “STERLING” and engraved with the name “WINIFRED” on the back.

The charm is 5/8 inches long. It is in very good condition with slight wear and some patina.
