This vintage sterling silver puffy heart charm is inscribed “FORGET ME NOT” with a lovely flower design. A single forget-me-not flower stands on a slender stem and is surrounded by leaves. The charm is signed “STERLING” and engraved with the name “Arlene.”

The charm is 5/8 inches long. It is in very good condition with slight wear due to age.
