Vintage Sterling Silver Puffy Heart Charm with Lion

This vintage sterling silver puffy heart charm has a detailed repoussé lion face. It is signed “STERLING” and engraved with the name “Ralph” on the back.

The charm is 5/8 inches long. It is in good condition with some patina on the front and a dent on the back.
