Vintage Sterling Silver Puffy Heart Charm With Rhinestone

This vintage puffy heart charm is made of sterling silver. The heart is decorated with curlicues and a small center heart with a blue rhinestone. It is inscribed with the name “Gertrude” with lines above and below, and signed “STERLING” on the back.

The charm is 5/8 inch in length. It is in good condition with wear to the prongs around the rhinestone.
